Configuration Dashboard — Fleet Health at a Glance
A real-time overview of every vessel's configuration state and current health status across the fleet.
- Visual breakdown of configured vs. unconfigured vessels for ME and AE separately
- Fleet Health Status indicator: Healthy / Watch / Alert — derived from latest monthly reports
- Unconfigured vessels list — identify ships missing shop trial baselines at a glance
- Single-click navigation to vessel-specific performance pages
- Auto-refreshed on each page load — always displays current fleet state
⛵ Total Ships
Full fleet visibility — all vessels tracked centrally with instant access to any ship's configuration and health status.
⚙ ME Configured
Track which vessels have Main Engine shop trial baselines uploaded and are ready for deviation analysis.
🔋 AE Configured
Monitor Auxiliary Engine configuration coverage across the fleet per individual generator.
⚠ Config Gaps
Instantly identify vessels missing baseline data so gaps can be resolved before the next reporting cycle.
Main Engine — Shop Trial Baseline Setup
Upload the factory shop trial PDF once — AEPMS automatically extracts and stores all baseline performance curves as the permanent reference for all future deviation calculations.
- Upload Main Engine shop trial PDF directly from the UI, per vessel
- System auto-extracts and stores baseline performance curves — no manual data entry
- View uploaded shop trial PDF in-browser with integrated PDF viewer
- Baseline parameter table organized by load percentage (25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%)
- Baseline serves as the permanent reference for all future deviation calculations
Auto-Extraction
No manual data entry. The system reads and extracts all performance curve data directly from the shop trial PDF, storing it in a structured baseline table.
Load-Based Parameterisation
Baselines captured at 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% load percentages — ensuring deviation analysis is accurate across all operating conditions.
In-Browser PDF Viewer
View the uploaded shop trial document directly in the application — no download needed for reference checks.
Main Engine — Monthly Report Upload & Auto-Analysis
Upload one PDF per vessel per month — AEPMS handles everything from extraction to classification automatically.
- Upload monthly performance PDF — one per vessel per reporting month
- System auto-extracts performance measurements from the uploaded PDF
- Instantly computes deviation from shop trial baseline for each parameter
- Classifies each parameter independently: Normal / Warning / Critical
- Determines dominant report status — highest alert level across all parameters
- Duplicate detection prevents re-processing of the same monthly report
- Raw PDF stored securely with controlled access and download permissions
Performance Trend Tracking
Baseline reference curves, monthly color-coded status timelines, deviation history (2, 3, 6, or 12 reports), alert history, and propeller margin trends — all in one view.
PDF Report Export
Download a full performance analysis PDF including all charts and deviation tables for offline sharing and records.
Main Engine — Intelligent Alert Classification
Every parameter in every monthly report is independently classified. The dominant status per report equals the highest severity level found across all parameters.
Normal
Within acceptable deviation range. Engine performing to factory shop trial baselines. No action required.
Warning
Moderate deviation detected. Requires monitoring and closer attention during the next reporting cycle.
Critical
Significant deviation from baseline. Immediate investigation and corrective action required.
Auxiliary Engine — Generator Baseline Setup & Monthly Monitoring
Multi-generator support per vessel with AE1, AE2, and AE3 each managed independently — each with its own shop trial baseline and monthly deviation tracking.
- Multi-generator support per vessel — AE1, AE2, AE3 each managed independently
- Upload AE shop trial PDF per individual generator
- Running hours tracking — total and monthly accumulation per generator
- Load history analysis — load percentage distribution over time
- Generator-specific deviation history — last 6 monthly reports with delta tracking
- Configurable graph axes: Load (kW) or Load (%) on X-axis, any parameter on Y-axis
- Fleet-wide AE alert summary available for superintendent-level overview
AE1
Independent shop trial baseline, monthly monitoring, deviation tracking, and alert classification for Generator 1.
AE2
Same comprehensive monitoring for Generator 2, with generator-specific running hours and load history.
AE3
Full coverage for Generator 3. All three generators visible in the fleet-wide AE summary for superintendent review.
Fleet Analytics — Cross-Fleet Performance Views
Three cross-fleet views giving superintendents and fleet managers a complete picture of engine health across every vessel.
