We are seeking a Techno Commercial Executive to drive business growth by combining technical expertise with commercial insight. The ideal candidate
will support sales efforts, engage with clients, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
Must Have:
- Engage with clients to understand technical requirements and offer tailored solutions
- Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to prospective customers
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop proposals and close deals
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
- Provide post-sales technical support and ensure customer satisfaction
- Document client interactions, feedback, and technical queries for continuous improvement
- Assist in product development by relaying customer insights to R&D teams
Requirements:
- Experience: Freshers\1-3 years in Technical Sales, Product Support or Business Development
- Education: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Technology, Business or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of product specifications and technical applications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate technical features into commercial benefits
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales documentation
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Team-oriented with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
