Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to assist clients with troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a smooth user experience with our products and services.

Roles & Responsibilities

Must Have:

  • Provide technical assistance via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software/network-related issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams
  • Document support cases and solutions for future reference
  • Collaborate with the development team to improve products
  • Train end-users on product features and best practices

Requirements:

  • Experience: Freshers\ 1-3 years in Technical Support or IT Helpdesk
  • Education: Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • Skills:
  • • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux OS and networking
  • • Experience with troubleshooting software and hardware issues
  • • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote desktop tools
  • • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer queries efficiently
