Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to assist clients with troubleshooting, resolving
technical
issues, and ensuring a smooth user experience with our products and services.
Roles & Responsibilities
Must Have:
- Provide technical assistance via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software/network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams
- Document support cases and solutions for future reference
- Collaborate with the development team to improve products
- Train end-users on product features and best practices
Requirements:
- Experience: Freshers\ 1-3 years in Technical Support or IT Helpdesk
- Education: Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Skills:
- • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux OS and networking
- • Experience with troubleshooting software and hardware issues
- • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote desktop tools
- • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer queries efficiently
